Job Description:
The Full-Time Accounting Assistant will support our client by maintaining A/R and A/P processes, creating invoices, managing employee payroll, and performing data entry into company software systems using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and sends invoices to customers.
- Maintains accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes.
- Processes employee payroll.
- Enters relevant information into QuickBooks.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of professional experience in an office/administrative position.
- Proven experience and knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An outgoing personality with a positive and polite attitude.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented behavior.
- Detailed and organized approach to work.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
