We are searching for a highly qualified part-time Accounting Assistant who can support McKonly & Asbury’s finance team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing bank reconciliations and general firm bookkeeping.
- Process client payments by entering into firm accounting software (Sage).
- Responsible for managing internal employee expenses.
- Assist McKonly & Asbury’s Firm Accountant with administrative functions.
Required Skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
- Familiarity with Sage or Practice CS is a plus.
The Accounting Assistant will be onsite based in our Camp Hill, PA office and will report to the Director of Finance.
