What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Haselwood Auto Group?
Baristas provide fast, efficient and friendly service to dealership customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system!
- Ensure that all drinks are made to the customer's specifications and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment
Qualifications
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Café or coffee shop experience a plus
- Experience with point of sale (POS) software.
