As a Payroll manager you will oversee payroll process for both brands with locations across multiple states. The payroll manager will process payroll with accuracy, compliance , and efficiency, working to improve and enhance our payroll systems and processes. This position requires a detail-oriented, problem resolution and forward thinker, who thrives in a fast paced environment.

- 2 years of payroll management systems, ADP experience preferred,

A Day in the Life:
- Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries across all restaurant locations
- Process Payroll accurately and on time across multiple states, Brands and pay groups
- Provide direction, assistance, and training to Leaders on payroll processes and best practices
- Work with, and understand multiple timekeeping systems to extract accurate time data for payroll uploads.
- Using ADP Smart Compliance, process and manage garnishments and withholding orders
- Respond to ADP unemployment claims
- Reconcile general payroll ledgers and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
- Ensure compliance to all state and federal payroll regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Answer incoming inquiries and investigate wage and hour discrepancies
- Maintain positive relationships and communicate with managers, employees, and colleagues to gain and maintain trust and transparency
- Perform a wide variety of record-keeping and payroll processing activities, including wage and overtime calculations, calculating and understanding payroll deductions, final pay calculations, and compliance
- Oversee ADP training for all brand management
- Generate reports as needed
- Performs other duties as required by upper management
