We are looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for processing payroll across multiple locations and states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. - Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries across multiple restaurant locations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple states, brands, and pay groups.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management teams on payroll processes and best practices.
- Work with multiple timekeeping systems to extract accurate time data for payroll processing.
- Manage and process garnishments and withholding orders using ADP Smart Compliance.
- Respond to unemployment claims through ADP.
- Reconcile general payroll ledgers and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information while responding to wage inquiries and discrepancies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with managers, employees, and colleagues to establish trust and transparency.
- Oversee ADP training for all brand management teams.
- Generate payroll reports as needed and assist with other payroll-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal payroll regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
- 2 years of ADP payroll experience required.
- Experience processing payroll for multi-state, multi-unit businesses preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
