Are you a night owl looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role? As a Customer Service Representative , you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service , keeping the store clean and stocked, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Shifts Available (Graveyard Shift - Shift Differential Included! )
Friday : 12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM
Saturday : 12 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Welcome customers and assist with purchases and promotions
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and pricing accurate
- Maintain food & beverage stations for freshness ☕
- Ensure cleanliness of the store , restrooms, and outdoor areas
- Follow safety procedures and age-restricted sales policies ⚠
- Support shift duties and store operations
What We're Looking For :
Friendly and customer-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
POS system experience preferred , but training is available
Flexible availability, including weekends & holidays
Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
