EPOXY OVERLAY FOREMAN

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead our construction team and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and a commitment to quality control. As a Foreman, you will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely while adhering to project specifications.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and materials to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers/engineers, inspectors, and owners to review contracts and project plans.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, crew timesheets, expense reports safety meetings and materials used.

Skills

• Familiar with Polymer and Urethane products for bridge work deck sealers.
• Proven experience in quality control processes and standards within the construction industry for multi overlays, crack injection, carbon fiber, and joint seals.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and project documentation.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with inspectors, owners, project managers/ engineers, and crew team members.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiar with shot-blasters, manlifts, skid steers, pull trailers, walk behind saw and groovers.
• Commercial driver license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week
