We specialize in custom manufacturing and pride ourselves in creative solutions and superior quality. We’re headquartered in Easton, Pa with offices and showrooms located in California, New York City, Chicago and the Netherlands.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating conventional and CNC machines, with a primary focus on running a Haas ST-15Y lathe. The ideal candidate will have experience in light programming and editing, as well as the ability to operate other Haas Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Perform light programming and editing as needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot Haas ST-15Y lathe and additional Haas VMCs.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify and correct quality or documentation errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational certification preferred).
- 3-7 years of machining experience in a production environment.
- Prior experience with conventional and CNC machining.
- Proficient in math and computer applications (Microsoft Office, Syteline ERP).
- Strong mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
