Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for developing relationships and generating new business? Human Active Technology (HAT) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to deliver innovative ergonomic office solutions to a global customer base.
What You’ll Do
Based in our Easton, PA office, the Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in growing sales within our distribution channel. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both responding to inbound leads and proactively reaching out to previous customers for repeat business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound leads from the HAT Collective and HAT Design Works websites
- Reaching out to past customers to drive additional product sales
- Educating prospects and customers on the benefits of ergonomic solutions and how HAT products enhance workplace well-being
- Conducting virtual sales presentations and coordinating meetings for new reseller partners
- Managing opportunities, assigning leads to outside sales as necessary, and tracking progress in CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams, including customer service and outside sales, to ensure a smooth sales process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on sales activity and account details
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of B2B inside sales experience; experience with ergonomic office products or office furniture is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- A proven ability to generate sales, nurture relationships, and close deals
- Comfort with virtual presentations and telephone-based sales
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A mechanical aptitude and an ability to quickly understand product functionality
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant sales experience is highly valued
