Collective Trainer
Hatalom is seeking 5 highly skilled and knowledgeable Collective Trainers to join our team. This position involves operating, integrating, and training on advanced simulation systems such as Warfighter's Simulation (WARSIM) and Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Simulations and Games for Training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction and support in a variety of Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) environments. This role is pivotal in enhancing the operational readiness and effectiveness of military units through cutting-edge simulated training solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and integrate WARSIM, UAS Simulations, and other gaming systems to provide realistic training scenarios.
- Deliver both classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support using live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models.
- Maintain and update training support packages that include training products, materials, and other relevant information for LVCG environments.
- Set up, configure, operate, and troubleshoot simulation systems and components.
- Collaborate with the training audience and Exercise Planning Teams to develop, build, and install simulation databases.
- Serve as a technical expert on the employment of simulation and gaming systems, particularly those that enhance command and control systems.
- Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support comprehensive exercise training and control functions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, monitor participant progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Regularly update course documentation to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
- AA/AS. Subject immaterial
- 3 years of related experience
- IAT I or DCWF equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of military simulation models, preferably in JLCCTC-MRF/WARSIM functional operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of military simulation models, preferably in VRSG/MUSE functional operations
- Current Passport, travel required
Security Clearance Level: Secret
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of principles, methods, techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
