Senior Associate Attorney - Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Advise on ERISA, fiduciary duties, and IRC (409A, 280G).
Draft/review executive compensation agreements.
Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
Perform legal research and analysis.
Use legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in employee benefits/executive compensation law.
Expertise in ERISA and IRC.
M&A due diligence experience.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with legal databases and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage priorities and work in a team.
