- Responsibilities :
- Advise on ERISA, fiduciary duties, and IRC (409A, 280G).
- Draft / review executive compensation agreements.
- Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
- Perform legal research and analysis.
- Use legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits / executive compensation law.
- Expertise in ERISA and IRC.
- M&A due diligence experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with legal databases and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a team.
