Legal Admin Assistant
Pay Rate : $40 000-50 000
- Assist the firm’s lawyers with daily tasks, performing administrative duties, filing, and interacting with clients.
- Drafting correspondence, litigation pleadings, and court filings
- Participate in Will signings and assist in estate plan document drafting
- Handle attorneys’ calls, greet clients, and manage front desk operations
- Support office tasks like copying, proofreading, and mail sorting; maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain organization
- Assist in marketing efforts, including managing LinkedIn posts, preparing, and sending email blasts, managing updates to the firm’s website, preparing newsletters, and designing event flyers
