A large global manufacturing company is currently upgrading from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud, including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing (MFG), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and Master Data Management (MDM). Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement and optimize Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Analyze existing MDM processes within EBS and define strategies for migration and integration with Oracle Cloud MDM.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardization across various enterprise applications, including Finance, SCM, MFG, and OTM.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and maintain master data models, hierarchies, and attributes.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during the transition from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
Configure and troubleshoot Oracle MDM applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization and quality.
Provide guidance on best practices for data governance and compliance, helping establish policies for long-term data management.
Assist in testing, training, and documentation to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience as an MDM Analyst with expertise in Oracle MDM solutions.
Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and data migration strategies.
Experience working with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud MDM in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration methodologies.
Familiarity with SCM, Finance, MFG, and OTM modules in Oracle Cloud.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
