Regional Controller
Job Introduction
Hatch Stamping Company is looking for a Regional Controller, The Regional Controller is responsible for Directing financial affairs of the organization. Prepares financial analysis of operations for guidance of management
Responsibilities (This section is not inclusive. Other duties may be assigned as necessary).
- Establishes major economic objectives and procedures in alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and goals.
- Oversees the financial statements for multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Assists in developing costing models.
- Prepares reports which outline the organization’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.
- Prepares budget and financial forecasts.
- Works directly with plant managers to prepare for monthly operational reviews.
- Analyzes and explains large budget versus actual variances.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting required.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
