Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Campus Talent Acquisition Lead, North America to join our team.
Reporting to the Global Head of Campus Talent Acquisition, the Campus Talent Acquisition Lead, North America will oversee all aspects of our North American Campus strategy to attract the best and the brightest talent to the organization. The role will enable the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines for Hatch through coops, internships and new graduate opportunities. The role can be located in our Mississauga headquarters, Montreal office or Pittsburgh office.

As the successful candidate, you will :
- Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across Canada (Western Canada / Eastern Canada) and the United States through the Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations of 4 Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and the business
- Plan and participate in campus events including Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Case competitions, Classroom presentations, and Conferences
- Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve skills requirements
- Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channels
- Execution of Student and New Grad Engagement model to enhance employee experience
- Assess sponsorship requests and determine level of engagement
- Manage scholarship programs
- Provide reporting on campus analytics
