What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge/Receptionist position at Hatchett Hyundai West?
We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in providing an exceptional customer experience for our guests. The Hatchett Concierge will perform various tasks such as greeting guests, operating a multi-line phone system, assisting the sales team and ensuring our guests are attended to. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and professionalism are necessary to succeed in this role.
Hours for this position are: Monday – Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (off on Wednesdays)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in using Microsoft office products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
