Position Summary
As an Estimator Project Manager within the Concrete Restoration department, you will play a critical role in developing accurate project estimates, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring project quality and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills and practical experience in commercial construction project management, particularly in concrete restoration.
Key Responsibilities
As an Estimator Project Manager, you will work in both office and on-site field environments. Expectation includes traveling to job sites as needed, with potential exposure to seasonal temperature changes, loud noises, standing/walking for extended hours, and working in both indoor and outdoor settings close to active construction and traffic areas. Travel expenses will be covered if applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Estimation:
- Develop and deliver accurate project cost estimates for concrete restoration, particularly in commercial structural projects.
- Conduct thorough reviews of blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to determine necessary resources, labor, materials, and equipment.
- Utilize estimation software and tools to create detailed bids and proposals for upcoming projects.
- Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of concrete restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all parties are aligned with project expectations and deadlines.
- Field Coordination:
- Visit job sites regularly, providing oversight and ensuring that project work is progressing according to plan and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timeline adherence, resolving any on-site issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and procedures during on-site operations.
- Client Relations and Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, architects, and general contractors, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate contract terms, project budgets, and changes to scope with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and understanding.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Enforce quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle, inspecting completed work for adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to concrete restoration.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a strong focus on concrete (structural) restoration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and management software.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.
