In this exciting role, you will research, analyze, and interpret market trends and customer needs and experiences to create marketing strategies for Hatco Corporation and subsidiaries. You will also gather data and create detailed reports to advise on new markets and opportunities! ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Perform valid and reliable market research on consumer and market trends, target demographics and competing brands.
  2. Process and conduct data analysis, including cleaning, sorting, interpreting data to identify trends and patterns
  3. Utilize online market research for analysis and create and evaluate methods for collecting data (surveys, questionnaires, opinion polls, etc.)
  4. Analyze complex datasets, synthesize insights, create dashboards and compelling visualizations to guide strategic decision-making
  5. Monitor current customers and identify new customer bases to understand consumers behaviors.
  6. Work with Marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies at a global level.
  7. Monitoring the efficacy of marketing methods using the latest tools and software.
  8. Assist the Marketing team on other necessary tasks and projects.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be proficient in Word and other basic business computer applications.
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including use of pivot tables.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and math skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills in order to interpret data.
  • Must be comfortable preparing and delivering professional reports to decision makers.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems preferred.


EDUCATIONAL OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
