Who we are
The Hatfield Group Engineering works with architects and building owners to deliver ambitious, sustainable, and enduring buildings through design-driven engineering. Our projects range from labs to museums to multi-family residential buildings. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with our Principals supporting activities focused on winning new work and client engagement. Based in Tribeca, we are WBE-certified and offer Structural Engineering, Facade Engineering, and MEP/FP Engineering services.
The role
We prefer a candidate who has experience as a coordinator in an Architecture or Engineering firm, we are looking for someone to leverage their experience with the AEC industry to prepare marketing materials with a heavy focus on fee proposals, preparing firm qualification materials, and other related marketing collateral. Your primary focus will be the planning, development, and finalization of responses to client requests for qualifications, proposals, and presentations. This includes the ongoing upkeep of our marketing collateral. The range of responsibilities and opportunities for this position is limited only by the drive of the successful candidate, this role has plenty of upward growth potential.
What your day-to-day looks like
You will develop marketing collateral, write proposals, collateral management and relationship development. We promise to keep you challenged and never bored. Here are some regular tasks you may undertake:
- Develop high quality firm qualifications and fee proposals
- Design, write asnd produce marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and project profiles
- Copy edit and proofread written text provided by members of the team, customizing content to address specific client needs and requirements
- Maintain marketing collateral
Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience within an architectural, engineering, or construction office required
- 4 year degree in Architecture, Marketing or related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cooperatively within small group of design professionals
- Proficiency in Adobe Indesign and Microsoft Office
- Superior writing and editing capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple deadlines
- An appreciation of good architectural design and enthusiasm for sustainable design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Word and PowerPoint formatting.

We offer $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience.
