About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team. As a member of our labor and employment law practice group, you will provide expert legal advice to clients on various employment-related matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations
- Conduct research and analysis on complex employment issues
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other documents
- Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey bar
- At least 3 years of experience in employment law (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
