Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Law Expert to join our team at Jobleads-US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, including litigation, advice & counsel, and transactional work.
About the Role
- Handle class actions and single-plaintiff employment disputes, including wage & hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misclassification, wrongful termination, and breach of contract cases.
- Advise clients on employment policies, restrictive covenants, compensation structures, commission plans, and leave/accommodations issues (FMLA, ADA).
- Provide guidance on federal and state employment laws, including wage & hour regulations, anti-discrimination laws, and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey and/or New York Bar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in employment law, including litigation, advice & counsel, and transactional work.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and experience handling cases before state/federal courts and administrative agencies.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
