What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Storage Systems Administrator - Information Systems position at Hattiesburg Clinic?
POSITION SUMMARY : The Server and Storage Systems Administrator will install, troubleshoot, and assist with managing server and storage systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Candidate must be certified in current Windows Server operating systems as well as VMWare (ESXi and / or Horizon). In lieu of certification, extensive experience (2 years) with both may be considered.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations / timelines; timely and dependable
Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Ability to work with all levels of staff with and outside of IT and outside the organization
