Job Summary:
Serves as the front office contact person, Receptionist providing clerical and is expected to answer the phone promptly from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with relief coverage provided for lunches and breaks. Other duties are outlined below.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Must have a High School diploma or equivalency and have prior secretarial skills and/or experience with excellent telephone etiquette. Should have excellent verbal communication skills, and knowledge of proper English Grammar and practical math. Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain good relations with co-workers and supervisors in the Management office as well as with other company personnel. Must deal with members of the public in a courteous and professional manner and be able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. Presents a professional business casual appearance. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- * Answers the telephone courteously; routes phone calls and forwards messages
- * Acknowledges and greets clients, vendors, and employees in a professional, friendly, courteous manner
- * Performs filing and a variety of clerical duties
- * Receives and distributes mail
- * Assists with managing office supplies inventory; assists with ordering as directed by management; restocks supplies as required.
- * Processing invoices
- * Maintains strict confidentiality of personnel matters, personal health information (PHI), and other proprietary information
