The Customer Service Representative will greet customers and assist them with all their needs in a friendly and positive manner. Then CSR will also answer the telephones, enter data into the computer and assist other co-workers. The CSR must be knowledgeable of all products, government regulations, and organization policy and procedures. The CSR must be organized and able to determine priorities in accomplishing his/her work.
