Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to oversee the planning, execution, and pricing of crane and rigging projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and estimating, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project estimates, including labor, equipment, materials, and other associated costs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid documents to secure contracts.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of crane and rigging projects, ensuring timely and safe execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Work closely with dispatchers, operators, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, risks, and logistics.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in project management and/or estimating in the crane, rigging, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of crane and rigging operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
