- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to accurately estimate project costs and resource requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals and bid specifications to ensure clarity and precision for clients.
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines with clients and internal teams to adhere to project deadlines.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and installation records, maintaining rigorous organizational standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting efficient and safe project execution.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control project costs within the budget, making adjustments as necessary to respond to project challenges effectively.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in commercial electrical contracting and design-build electrical contracting.
- In-depth understanding of electrical systems and project management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills for accurate cost estimation and budget management.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Availability for emergency response management as required.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
