Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales department to define target sectors and types of companies for commercial development.
- Account Management: Build, validate, and manage Customer and Prospect account plans, considering strategic development challenges. Identify potential, set objectives, and monitor action plans per account.
- Customer Relations: Develop and manage customer relationships, maintaining the sales information system (CRM).
- Prospecting: Create a prospecting database using various sources such as databases, directories, professional networks, trade show contacts, and website visitors.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on tools and commercial content to control the offer, its positioning, and its evolutions.
- Promotion: Promote all Haulotte solutions, including new and used machines, spare parts, maintenance or reconditioning services, financing solutions, and training.
- Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs to provide tailored and differentiating solutions.
- Transaction Management: Initiate account openings, prepare commercial proposals, follow up on outstanding amounts, support collections, oversee deliveries, and handle complaints.
- Marketing Actions: Participate in, deploy, or relay operational marketing actions such as events, trade shows, and promotional operations.
- Travel: Requires 75% travel within the assigned territory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to hit sales quotas.
