Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Production Supervisor. As a key member of the Project Planning Team, the Engineering Production Supervisor will compile, track, and display real-time data to support management and engineers. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards as well as identifying and acting when the goals of the project planning team are not being met. Cost control and on-time project completion are the primary focus of this position.

What You Will Do:
- Divide engineering jobs into manageable milestones and collaborate with others on labor estimates for each engineering job
- Develop and communicate project expectations and milestones, monitoring progress, planning, and evaluating job results
- Identify and develop metrics to track and increase engineering department efficiency
- Facilitate the weekly planning team meeting
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in project management leading teams in the various disciplines of the automation industry.
- Associates degree or above in Engineering, manufacturing or business management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience managing teams, preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Background in engineering preferred
