The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will manage Shopify’s backend, oversee our global eCommerce product catalog, and execute seamless product and campaign launches. This role ensures accuracy across hauslabs.com, sephora.com, and other digital channels while optimizing workflows to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate has Shopify experience, a strong understanding of product set up and go-live execution (ideally in beauty or CPG), and demonstrates strong organizational abilities with a collaborative approach to managing multiple workflows and priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update product information, site merchandising, collections, pricing, and promotions in Shopify.
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of the digital product catalog across hauslabs.com, sephora.com, and other digital sales channels. Ensure all product details—including imagery, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and metadata—are up to date and aligned across platforms.
- Support the end-to-end launch process for new products, shades, and campaign activations across all digital channels. Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product setup, pricing, and timely go-live execution
- Implement and refine operational workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency, improve collaboration, and support scalability.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to deliver cohesive user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct regular site audits, store checks (e.g., Sephora.com), competitive analysis, and optimization tracking.
- Monitor and report on omnichannel stock status in collaboration with the Inventory Planning team.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on website updates, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns (web, email, paid media) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in site enhancements, platform migrations, and special projects that improve site performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with email campaign QA as needed.
- 1-3 years experience with Shopify, extremely comfortable navigating Shopify’s backend, setting up products, managing collections, and working with Shopify apps.
- Experience managing product catalogs across multiple digital sales channels (DTC retailers).
- Understanding of the eCommerce launch process, ideally within beauty or CPG.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple product setups, timelines, and operational workflows with precision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify process gaps, and proactively seek solutions.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) to troubleshoot minor site issues and make basic edits.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, product information management (PIM) systems, project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) is a plus.
