Role Description :
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our dynamic team in delivering excellent services to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for guests and Chamber members.
- Manage and maintain the membership database, including notifications and annual renewals.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure member satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Prepare meeting spaces for committee meetings and other events.
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including networking mixers, workshops, luncheons, and special functions.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure event success.
- Coordinate event logistics with the CEO’s support.
- Communicate with members via newsletters, emails, and social media to keep them informed.
- Promote Chamber events and initiatives to encourage participation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships and enhance member retention.
