Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts that include space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design.
- Create detailed design presentations using software tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications for construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the implementation phase.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of color theory and lighting design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both design execution and project management.
