This role will support the Marketing Team by managing internal initiatives, company branding materials, and event coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Support internal and external marketing and communications initiatives, including announcements, invitations, logistics coordination and RSVPs
- Manage branded materials and promotional items, including ordering, organizing, and distribution
- Coordinate with project teams to fulfill internal gear and supply needs
- Maintain and update shared office resources and directories
- Assist in managing the internal company store and seasonal promotions
- Support the production and distribution of branded print materials, such as business cards, brochures and other marketing material
- Help organize and support company events, photo shoots, and industry trade shows
- Ensure brand consistency across visual materials, signage, and printed assets
- Perform data entry and maintain accuracy within the company’s CRM system
- Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination
- Other related marketing duties as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with project management and coordination expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- A thorough understanding of different internal and external stakeholders who are served by the Marketing department
- Ability to multi-task and comfortably work in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease with building/establishing rapport with an array of people and teams
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and move projects forward with limited direction
- Professional demeanor, goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations
- Excellent proofreading, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the A/E/C industry preferred
