WHAT WE NEED:
We are seeking an Associate Strategy & Communications Planner who embodies a perfect blend of creativity and analytical acumen. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about people, brands, marketing, media, and more. As a pivotal member of our rapidly evolving media discipline, you will develop integrated media strategies that bolster our client campaigns and brands across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely within the Strategy Group to develop and manage cross-channel media plans.
- Assist in crafting media plans that effectively target audiences and achieve specified KPIs.
- Conduct and analyze secondary media research utilizing both proprietary and syndicated research tools.
- Support the generation of media briefs and the preparation of media flowcharts.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing to innovative strategic discussions.
- Monitor media expenditures to ensure compliance with budgets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and cultural events that could influence campaign strategies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- You bring experience in marketing or advertising, ideally with a background in media planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in data analysis and adept at presenting complex information.
- A creative thinker who appreciates diverse viewpoints and constantly seeks improvement.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent at maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure.
