Job Description Summary:
The VP of technology is responsible for deploying the Mx Measurement process across all clients either on data and analytics or technology.
S/He plays a key role across the Media Experience process and works in close conjunction with Intelligence, Media Development and Clients teams to drive client value.
S/He is a key liaison between local market and global governance of Mx Measurement to ensure we keep developing the Media Experiences system to exceed global and local needs.

Champion Havas unique approach by emphasizing data in media experiences
Identify and provide solutions and products to data-based challenges (both client and internal)
Ensure the strategic set up and application of data, technology, measurement, reporting, and analytics
Provide direction, coaching and support on data analysis, survey design, test design
Derive insight and identify strategic and tactical opportunities from data sets
Be accountable for a greater leverage of data, technology, measurement, and analytics to drive client value
Ensure the right data usage of Havas Media ID based addressable audience platform (Converged) and participate in the selection of local data providers
Measurement ownership:
Ensure best in class measurement
Define KPIs and leading indicators for strategy, planning and measurement purposes
Identify Measurement tools and requirements including Effectiveness approaches
Set learning agenda
Work to understand data, analytics and measurement questions, applications and use cases
Play a major role in new business pitches with clients and internally to create best in class strategy
Previous Experience & Industry Background
10 years professional experience in data, analytics or business intelligence
Media, Brand, Consulting, Technology
Qualifications & Languages:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics or Marketing
Languages: English (Advanced)

The salary range for this role is $180-$190K, annually, DOE.
Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
