Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Customer Service Representative located in Amarillo, TX. The Lead Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supervising customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience at our new Airport FBO. This role involves daily interaction with clients, resolving inquiries and issues, and managing customer relations. Additionally, the Lead Customer Service Representative will assist in training new staff and implementing customer service strategies.
