As a Community Liaison , you will be a key component in the communication between referral sources in our community (i.e. hospitals, counseling centers, physician offices) and internal partners at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital. This role is heavily focused on relationship-building and reports to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities include :
- Knowing and understanding the service lines provided at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital
- Maintaining primary contact with all assigned accounts through personal visits, telephone calls and letters / mailings on an ongoing basis to ensure customer relationships are developed and nurtured
- Hosting both in-person and virtual informational sessions with referral partners
- Inputting data in Cottonwood Creek’s CRM database and utilizing the report function to track progress and results
- Actively participating in business development team meetings to develop marketing strategies
- Maintaining current awareness of changes in the behavioral health industry through self-education, peer education and professional and community involvement for the betterment of this position and the hospital
- Conduct market research to find information regarding local patient and referral trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external referral partners regularly to share information, resources and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
