Full Time Days – LMSW / LMHC or LPCC / LCSW - 40 hrs. / week PHP Therapist
Salary ranges : LMSW / LMHC 70k-78k
LPCC / LCSW 75k-85k
Must be licensed in NM
LMSW’s or LMHC’s receive FREE weekly supervision towards earning their independent licensure!
Please have 1 year of IOP or PHP experience

Haven provides our patients with the opportunity to THRIVE via high quality PHP, IOP, and traditional outpatient group therapy for both mental health and substance use issues through a multitude of models and methodologies.
Can you add to the types of offerings we have? We hope so! We offer nutrition, medication education, medication management, yoga, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Somatic Realization, MRT, and Motivational Interviewing components
Whilst offering longer term, skills based, group therapy, you get to experience the tremendous change and growth in our patients! The whole reason you earned that education!
This change agent role would run a Partial Hospitalization Program group, complete treatment plans, and safety plans as needed. PHP group is ~20 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9 am to ~ 1pm. This position would be the main therapist for the group and deliver approximately 11-15 of the hours themselves and other specialists / therapists would run the rest. We are also open to different style of programming. You will meet with treatment team weekly to collectively grow our skills, staff patient concerns and determine the best way to enhance each of your patients in your set caseload’s growth. Help coordinate care with social supports / family or patient’s established providers. Lastly, you will provide safe transition to our IOP program.
Haven utilizes an electronic medical record and various other software suites so comfort and confidence with computers are a must!
