Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with 1 year of acute psychiatric experience and 1 year of management experience preferred.

- Serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
- Support the DON with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned
