Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nursing Operations Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality care for patients with mental health challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with mental health issues and a nurse management background, with at least two years of experience in acute psychiatric care and one year of management experience.
This role requires collaboration with the Director of Nursing to implement process improvements and support the nursing staff. The successful candidate will be able to see past stereotypes, connect with patients, and provide personalized care.

Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight for the provision of care for a 48-bed hospital.
- Serves as a resource to the direct care staff.
- Coodinates on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
- Supports the DON with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Provides direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Two years as Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience preferred.
