The Role: Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced, high-performing Project Manager who thrives in the complexity of luxury residential construction. What You'll Do
- Own every aspect of your projects - budgets, timelines, quality, communication, and results.
- Lead internal teams and subcontractors with clear expectations, thoughtful follow-up, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
- Hold weekly site meetings, manage client communications, and lead project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards that reflect the premium nature of our builds.
- Forecast, manage, and report on project financials.
- Navigate permit processes and inspections confidently.
- Motivate and support your team, keeping morale high and problem-solving flowing.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in custom or high-end residential construction.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, scopes of work, and project delivery.
- Calm, clear communicator - able to keep clients confident and crews aligned.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (we use Slack, Google Suite, and Buildertrend or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or scheduling software.
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable with fast-moving timelines and evolving project needs.
