Responsibilities
- Site Presence - Every Project Every Day
- Open/Close Jobsites
- Daily Project Joblogs
- Jobsite Management Site Security/Safety
- Plan Implement Site Safety Protocol
- Lead Implement Jobsite Cleanliness
- Quality Control Coordination w/ Project Team
- Identify and Resolve On-Site Conflicts
- Coordinate with Inspections
- Subcontractor Management
- Subcontractor Contact Management, Subcontractor Short-Term Scheduling, Conflict Resolution, Quality Control, Scope Detail Communications
- Work with Construction Manager to Plan Implement Construction Projects
- Coordinate On-Site Crew and Subcontractors, Plan Manage Daily Construction Tasks
- Project Takeoffs Project Material/Equipment Quality Control
- Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic internet/web application use.
- Maintain positive relationships through courteous and respectful actions.
- Understand All Aspects of the Construction Process, Possess Technical Trade Knowledge
- Ability to Read Interpret Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Other Documents
- Understands best practices of job set-up, management, and the timeliness of decision making
- Demonstrates systematic commitment to all job set-up best practices, fostering close collaboration and communication between all team members.
- Can assume responsibility for material management, including subcontractors, to assure that materials are delivered to the site in a timely fashion, in the manner field staff requires, and of the quality that complies with the project-specific quality control program.
- Demonstrates capability to oversee timely and fair punch list completion, resolve all “routine” change orders, and timely delivery through closeout submittals leaving the customer with a positive view of Haven.
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- 5 Years Prior Experience in Construction
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must possess a valid NC driver’s license
