The Accounts Receivable Director works under the direction of the Reimbursement Director and is responsible for the training and management of the facility Business Office Managers. The AR Director would be responsible to help the Facility BOM maintain financial records and the management of accounts receivables. This position deals with third-party payers, Medicare, Medicaid along with all pertinent collections processes. The position oversees, safeguards and controls the resident funds.
