In this Office Intake role you would act as the office organizational pro in the Ocala, FL home health office. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
- Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a high school graduate
- Health care related experience
- Medicare Home Health experience
- Experience with Medical Intake or Insurance Auth is preferred
