About Us:
Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional home health care services! We are seeking an experienced and organized Home Health Scheduler to coordinate patient visits efficiently and ensure seamless communication between medical professionals, patients, and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate visits for nurses, therapists, and other clinicians.
- Communicate effectively with physicians' offices, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure schedules are optimized for efficiency while maintaining quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate records in our EMR system (Kinnser preferred, but training is available for the right candidate).
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to address scheduling conflicts and patient needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of home health scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience with Kinnser EMR is a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.
