The Pre-Construction Coordinator will oversee the pre-construction phase of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of planning, documentation, and coordination are completed before breaking ground. This includes permitting, budgeting, vendor management, and collaboration with our Design team to ensure that projects are set up for on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all pre-construction activities, including project documentation, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
- Submit and track all necessary permits, zoning approvals, and other regulatory requirements for each project.
- Develop and maintain detailed pre-construction schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
- Review and finalize project contracts, ensuring that all terms are clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties involved.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders and other relevant paperwork.
- Assist the project management team by ensuring all pre-construction tasks are complete accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, vendors, and internal team ensuring that they are updated throughout the pre-construction phase.
