Responsibilities
- Deliver Haven’s Standard of Excellence by setting direction with Team Members, Key Holders & Trainers to deliver quality food and great guest experiences across all areas of the restaurant.
- Role model and coach Team Members, Key Holders and Trainers to uphold Haven Standards of Excellence and policies outlined in the HHC Employee Handbook.
- Be connected to all employees on your shift by maintaining open communication channels, recognizing positive performance, and supporting them through both exemplary and challenging times.
- Host daily pre-shift meetings, shift hand off meetings and participate in weekly store leadership meetings.
- Train incoming Team Members and Key Holders as needed.
- Implement procedural change as communicated by the General Manager to promote sales growth, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Maintain a work environment during their shift that ensures inclusivity and promotes team safety.
- Ensure their shift maintains all food safety and cleanliness standards both inside and outside of the restaurant.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight while effectively managing deadlines of work.
- Secures the restaurant by following company safety protocols when opening and closing the restaurant.
- Execute daily operational tasks including: cash handling, assigning team break times, sales tracking, food preparation par setting, receiving of orders, audit restaurant stations, equipment maintenance and maintaining store organization.
- Live the HHC Team Leader routine to achieve daily objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Be positive, have a willingness to learn and grow every day.
- Dedicated to delivering unreasonable hospitality.
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Be flexible to work morning and night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Basic working knowledge google sheets & excel required.
- Positive track record of effective coaching.
- Working knowledge of restaurant systems: POS, LMS, & Inventory Management.
- Food Manager Certification.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and on occasion 50 pounds.
