Director of Revenue
Haven Hot Chicken is seeking a results-driven Director of Revenue to join our corporate team and play a critical role in driving sales and optimizing performance across all channels. This role is essential to achieving our ambitious growth plans for 2025 and into the future.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, sales, and marketing, with a proven ability to leverage data, technology, and creative strategies to grow top-line revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial budget across in-store, online, catering, third-party delivery, and new channels
- Create and manage sales tracking systems to analyze performance by location, channel, daypart, and other relevant dimensions
- Use data-driven insights to optimize the revenue mix and ensure profitable growth
- Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, including Haven’s new app launch and other guest engagement initiatives
- Support pricing, menu innovation, and profitability decisions
- Manage the allocation and effectiveness of the commercial budget across various initiatives
- Identify opportunities for guest acquisition and retention, including loyalty programs and partnerships
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in consumer-focused sales, marketing, or revenue management, preferably in the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industries
- Strong quantitative skills with a track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required)
- Hands-on experience with CRM, POS (Toast POS experience is a ), or other revenue management tools is a
- Execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
