- Uphold resident rights while providing care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.
Skills
- Strong understanding of social work principles and practices related to senior care.
- Experience in patient care is highly desirable.
