Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our busy spa team! As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their services. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Work Schedule is Part Time Fridays 9:30am - 3:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am - 6:30pm. Must be available both days to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about spa services, boutique items, and events
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make appointments for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient accounts and transactions
- Answer incoming phone calls and texts
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain cleaning protocols for the entire spa
- Wash and fold spa laundry
Experience:
- Previous experience front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and spa etiquette
- Knowledge of crystals, energy healing, and massage a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
